Southern Style Fried Chicken is made with a unique batter and coating . It is considered a down-home meal in the south and the recipe certainly lives up to its name. In the minds of many people, fried chicken is delicious, but considered unhealthy. For the complete recipe, please visit: http://ourgreatrecipes.com/recipe/southern-style-fried-chicken/

For the milk, I would like to use Lactaid Lactose free milk for the milk
dip. What is your opinion? My only concern is will the Lactase enzyme
remain undamaged by the 350 F. cooking temperature?
Today is meatless Friday, so I’m checking out all the delicious looking
fried chicken recipes I can to satisfy my craving for fried chicken wings
right now.
Great recipe! Keep it up! I’m ignore the trolls commenting.
whenever I try adding heat (chili) to my fried chicken it never comes
through after cooking. doesnt matter if I had tons of flakes or powder to
the dry mix or fresh chopped chillie and/or flakes to the wet wash, it’s
never spicy after the cook no matter how much I put it. Any ideas? Only
thing I can think of maybe the cooking temp is too high
im try now #friedchickens

Thanks very much Dave, I tried it yesterday, DELICIOUS. I let the chicken
marinate for few hours using buttermilk to tender it. I wanted to ask if
you can use any flour or is there a particular flour? thanks again Dave
;-)
The Measurements Would Have Been Nice For Each Ingredient…..But This
Looks Great !! Thanks For The Sare !!
