⅓ tsp Chicken Stock Powder
½ tbsp Sake
⅓ tsp Soy Sauce
Black Pepper
Bonito Flakes, optional

loooovveee bitter melons… it is called KOROLLA in Bangladesh :)
Has anyone else ever wondered how that first person to eat some of these foods must have reacted? Like they dug up a bitter melon or onion, took a bite and was like, "BLECH!! But, this'll do," and showed their civilization who then had the same reaction.
