This recipe is very simple to make! My whole family loves this zesty barbecued chicken. It has wonderful flavor!

Slow Cooker Zesty Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces Kansas City Style Barbecue sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ Italian dressing (I like to prepare my own. See recipe below)
Garlic salt
Pepper
Buns or rolls

Sprinkle chicken breast with garlic salt and pepper. Place in slow cooker. Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken breasts. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6 to 8 hours.

Shred chicken with a fork. Leave uncovered for 10-15 minutes to soak up juices.
Serve on buns or rolls or with coleslaw on the side.

Italian dressing:
¼ cup olive oil
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch of each: basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and parsley

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
