Check out the top-rated recipe for Slow Cooker Barbeque at http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Slow-Cooker-Barbeque/Detail.aspx
In this video, you’ll see how to make simple slow cooker barbequed beef. Bottled barbeque sauce makes it super easy. Add a chuck roast and just a few other ingredients to the crock pot in the morning, and come home to tender BBQ beef. Try it on hamburger buns with coleslaw or spooned over noodles or rice.

Like any other slow cooked meat try searing to add an additional level of
flavor if you have time. Salt and pepper the meat and sear it on high in a
little bit of oil on all sides. Put the seared meat in the slow cooker and
add a splash of water to the pan to loosen the bits at the bottom so you
can add them in the slow cooker as well.
All recipes should change its name to “only slow cooker recipes”.
You can’t use a slow cooker and call whatever you’re making “barbeque”
because you use barbeque sauce. You even say “barbequed beef” in the
description. It’s misleading and inaccurate, no matter how good it comes
out. You can make great meat in a slow cooker but it completely lacks the
dimension of flavor smoking or grilling (actually BBQ’ng it) adds.
Very Nom Nom!
Oh yum!
