Can you make a video making zuppa Toscana
I made this for dinner last night and have to say it was delish. I blended
a few cups to thicken a little and topped with parm and sour cream. Fed 3
for dinner (two bowls each as that’s all we had without the bread as
cutting down on the wheat) with enough for DH to take some for his lunch
today. Thank you for sharing.
Making today!!!!got apple turkey sausage from farmers market today!!! My
daughter will be welcomed home from the mountains of PA with the most yummy
n nutritious soup!!!! (Subscribing)
Delicious and simple recipe. I used 1 lb. Portuguese Chourico (pronounced
in native Boston “Shorice”) and 1 lb. ground pork. I have enough frozen
Kale soup for the rest of the winter. First bowl I garnished with Parmesan
was good, next day I added Tabasco and sharp cheddah and it was even better
! Thanks Laura

Kale is “chou frisé” or the “Grünkohl” from Oldenburg Lower Saxony in
Germany. It´s a famous meal for the cold months from November until
February. and it´s sooooo delicious.

Laura, I am so excited because the weather is getting colder which means
you’ll do more soup recipes. Last winter/spring, I lived off of your lemony
chicken rice soup, butternut squash soup, and your grandmother’s chicken
soup 🙂 Thanks Laura!
