From my experience on this diet before I was 230 lbs I went from 230 to 175
and actually was reasonably lean at 175 almost 10% body fat this diet is
great it makes perfect sense and gives great results if you want to get
ripped then do a good clean bulk I’d recommend it
did they use tren and d’bol or hgh in paleolithic times?

You contradict yourself when you say natural form there for i am sure they

The problem is that there is no proof of evolution and I think that “cave
man” was a lot smarter than today’s conceited scientists would have us
believe. There is mounting evidence which negates evolution today. Our body
is our temple. If you defile it, it will crumble.
Smash your garlic with the side of your knife. The skins come right off
without all the pain. Also it helps release more flavor from the garlic.
Try it, really I’m cringing watching you try to peel that garlic. 🙂
