like a grain by soaking up the stuff around it flavor and liquid wise)
@rkim0415 It is healthy and colorful, it taste a bit more nutty than rice
also the texture is a bit diferent. Quinoa has a very high usable protein
content.

Looks very yummy, but I do have a question… do you always cook/prepare
the quinoa like that? Have you washed it? It looked dry when you poured the
quinoa in the pan. The outside contains saponin- a bitter and toxic
substance which you have to wash away, before preparing it.
That is the nice thing about cooking your own. Take a basic recipe and cook
it the way you like it. Glad your came out the way you liked it.
