Recipe:
– 1 medium sized cucumber
– 2 tomatos
– 3/4 red onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 1 cup lemon juice
– 1/2 cup quinoa (soaked & sprouted to remain raw)
– 2 bunches parsley

no salt? Do you avoid eating salt as a raw vegan? I love salt and could not
eat this dish without it 😛 I know too much salt is not good for you
though..
tabbouleh traditionally has no garlic or cucumber. and we do need oil and
lemon and salt.

This does look really delicious….I love tabbouleh! I would absolutely add
some olive oil to this. You need some fat in order to absorb those fat
soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K! Otherwise they just go right through
you, and that’s not the point! :)

Instead of the quinoa, you can also substitute the bulgar wheat with
cauliflower (shredded in the food processor). It gives the same taste and
texture.
I will do it, because it looks so tasty! In Poland we eat a lot os soups
and my grandma put parsley almost to everyone of them, which I hated. But
now parsley is one of my favourite herb. You should try a smoothy: apple
with parsley and water – its great for hair growth. In summer I also put a
little bit of mint to it:)

This seems delicious but it is not the original recipe. Usually we do not
add garlic , cucumber and quinoa ! Best Tabbouleh is the Lebanese one :)

Doesn’t a raw diet turn every meal into a salad? I mean, I love eating raw
fruits and vegetables but I would eventually get tired of eating only
salad….

salt
olive oil
this is what taboulah made from and the method of preparation is the same
take it from an Arabian girl who knows how to do it and know the best of
our food recipes ..
