Quick & Easy Healthy Breakfast Ideas!

EGG-cellent Breakfast Sandwich
2 eggs
1/4 avocado
2 pieces of bread (I used grain free, gluten free bread)
salsa or ketchup

Cha Cha Cha Chia Pudding
just under 1 cup of almond milk (chocolate or regular)
1/4 cup chia seeds
stevia or sweetener to taste
*refrigerate overnight or minimum 2 hours

Peanut Butter Parfait
yogurt (Greek or dairy free coconut yogurt)
top with peanut butter or PB2
add coffee beans for an interesting taste hehe 🙂
chia seeds & coconut

Protein Pancakes
3 egg whites
cinnamon
Perfect Fit Protein – Chocolate
3 Tbs almond milk
blend everything together & cook like pancake

Coffee
chocolate almond milk
cinnamon
stevia

    The most healthy thing you can do is go vegan. Look up ‘Gary yoursky, the
    bets speech you will ever hear’ it’s incredible. You can get all the
    nutrients you need from vegan foods! Even B12, I drink coconut milk instead
    of cows milk because I don’t approve of rape, torture and slavery and the
    coconut milk I drink has B12 in it, yes it’s fortified but b12 is the only
    nutrient you can’t get from plants! Go vegan for the animals, for your
    health, for the planet :))
