Pizza Sticks – Quick Easy To Make Party Appetizer Recipe By Ruchi Bharani

Freshly baked Pizza Sticks can be served as a great party starter with any kind of dip. Check out Ruchi Bharani’s take on this crunchy and crispy pizza sticks.

Method:
For Pizza Sauce:
-Take some ketchup, chilli sauce, oregano, red chilli flakes, finely chopped onion, finely chopped capsicum and finely chopped black olives in a bowl and mix it well.

For the Pizza
– Take a thin crust pizza base and apply a little olive oil
-Spread a thin layer of the sauce on the pizza
– Grate some cheese on it
-Sprinkle some Italian pizza seasoning
– Pat the cheese a little bit so that it sticks onto the bread
-Now cut it into thin 1/2 inch strips
-Place the strips on to the baking tray and keep a little gap in between the sticks
-Keep the tray in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for around 7-8 minutes
-You can then serve these crispy pizza sticks for a party
