To make authentic pizza dough you need only 4 ingredients. Flour, salt,
water and yeast. Nothing else, no sugar, no olive oil, no bananas, potatoes
, milk or whatever else someone may have told you.
My dough ball floated out of the bowl and hovered. Is this too light? :-)
