Peanut Butter Breakfast Bar
Food Ingredients:
1 cup dry oatmeal 2/3 cup dry milk 1/4 cup chunky peanut butter 2 bananas (ripe) 4 teaspoons honey 1 teaspoon each baking powder, baking soda cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe preparation:
1 Mash bananas and combine all ingredients; mix well. Put in Pam sprayed 8″ pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. 2 4 servings. 1 serving = 1 bread, 1 fruit, 1 protein, 1 fat, 1/2 milk, 10 opt. cal.
