Peaches and Blackberries With Mint and Honey
Food Ingredients:
2 cups Blackberries 2 large peaches 2 generous sprigs of mint 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe preparation:
1 Place the blackberries in a bowl 2 Gently fill the bowl with room temperature water 3 Gently stir the blackberries around removing bugs and twigs GENTLY drain the berries; pour them onto a clean towel to dry 4 Dice the peaches into nice bite size chunks. 5 Place these and the blackberries into a nice serving bowl. 6 Julienne the mint, or chop it! 7 Add the mint to the bowl and gently mix the whole lot together. 8 Drizzle the salad with the honey and serve. 9 Don’t forget a bottle of bubbly to go with it!!!! 10 But drink plenty of water to avoid the morning afer headache….or as in my case, the evening of! 11 If you get to putting the leftovers away before the fruit flies get to it, use the leftovers for breakfast topped with some plain yogurt acccompanied by a piece of peanut butter toast…yum!
