Passionfruit Jam Ice Cream

Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup passionfruit jam 1/4 cup cream 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup cream, whipped to soft peaks

Recipe preparation:
1 Stir together jam, 1/4 cup cream and milk. 2 Fold in whipped cream. 3 Freeze. 4 If you want a smoother texture, take the ice cream out of the freezer before it freezes solid and give it a quick whirr with an electric beater to break up the ice crystals. (I don’t have an ice cream machine). Do this a couple of times. Leave to freeze overnight, 5 If you find it too hard to scoop, allow to thaw a few minutes and enjoy! 6 Note: I saved some jam for the topping. Good stuff!
