    She did imply that you were “grazing” simply means that eat a little go
    away and come back to it after a few minutes and the pattern repeats,
    because so often with your children they don’t eat the larger meals at say
    breakfast, lunch and dinner, the they should be allowed to “graze”
    throughout the day so that get the necessary nutrients they need to grow
    healthy and strong!!
