Neer Mor Spiced Buttermilk
Food Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt 2 cups water small piece of ginger 1 green chili 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder finely chopped curry leaves and cilantro a pinch asafoetida salt to taste.
Recipe preparation:
1 Whisk yogurt in a bowl till smooth. Pour the 2 cups of water and churn the mixture well. Smash a small piece of ginger and a green chili, add to the buttermilk. Then add 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder, finely chopped curry leaves and cilantro, a pinch asafoetida and salt. Stir well. 2 Serve chilled in the refrigerator or in a mud / clay pot.
