We make “Apple Cheese Toast” as an after school snack when they want
something warm…slice apple into thin wedges, layer over sliced bread,
cover with a large cheese slice and toast in toaster oven. Apples cook a
bit and the cheese melts all over and even browns a bit. Super yummy! We
also make super food smoothie for snack of course, and I always make enough
to have a “grab-and-go” portion for myself the next day.

Everything looks yum except for the cheese thing.. It looks disgusting and
totally processed even with the label organic on it…and the idea of
having to suck it out from a tube of plastic ….:((I always have a piece
of cheese in the fridge I can cute in little cubes. That’s just my opinion
no offence, I also hate these so called mashed fruits in plastic that the
    kids can suck out.

Here’s a snack idea for you meg it’s called ants on a log it’s where you
get celery sticks cut them into fours put plain or low fat cream cheese on
or peanut butter and then you put raised on top in a line so it looks like
ants on a log. It’s healthy and delicious

All these snacks look really yummy. A lot of kids at my school eat fruits
like strawberries, cherries, apples, oranges, and bananas. Also, here is
another snack idea. With the string cheese you could bring crackers along
with it. I tried it and it taste amazing.
