Marinated Mushroom Salad

Food Ingredients:
1 pound mushrooms 3/4 cup salad oil 3/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar

Recipe preparation:
1 1. Wash and drain mushrooms. 2 2. Make marinade. In large bowl combine all marinade ingredients. 3 3. Toss mushrooms with marinade, coating well. 4 4. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 1/2 hours.
