    What’s with this paleo fad diet thing? These people act like they know
    what and how much of each food early man ate. Nobody knows for certain –
    even the scientists who make it there career aren’t sure. And even if we
    did know for certain, those foods are long gone. The plants that we eat
    today have been farmed to be more nutritious, different in colour,
    composition, etc. The animals that are farmed today are very fat, sick and
    injected with antibiotics. In the end, it’s a mythological fad diet that
    will ultimately make you sick.

    +Sara Price I personally like to have the whole thing about cooking
    process laid out for me by a professional cook who is dependable and
    trustworthy versus having to look up for cheap and free recipe all over the
    internet without really knowing whether it’s as healthy and testy as you’d
    like. And free recipe eventually runs out or just not available anymore.

    Cold cooked dead animals is kind of left overs. Leftovers from other
    carnivorous animals that didn’t want it. Eat more carbs girl

    If I was ever going to do this kind of prep I would do it every 3 days.
    Week old food is not that tasty in my opinion. I don’t mind left overs,
    just not week old left overs.

    Why is there such an emphasis on meat within the Paleo diet? Animal
    proteins raise your body’s pH and are thus not good for you.

    If the paleo advocates want to genuinely follow our ancestors then
    they should both eat and advise us to have just one meal per day, and
    occasionally two meals. Our paleolithic ancestors did not know when the
    next meal would be and they most certainly did not eat Breakfast, Dinner
    and evening meal on a daily basis !!. Eating meat 3 times a day is both
    unnatural and unhealthy, and our ancestors did not eat this way EVER !!
