Wow…!!! Amazing recipe.. thank you so much.. the kids and I loved it!!!!
I hate to break this to you, but panko bread crumbs AREN’T low carb.
Parmesan cheese is low carb–any breads (which includes panko bread
crumbs, duh), root vegetables, corn, sugar, or legumes, and even fruit are
NOT LOW CARB. IT isn’t even paleo dude. I’m so sick of trying to find
recipes that are low carb, when they are mis-labeled.
shake and bake knock off
Hmm, do you spray the bottom of the pan before putting the chicken on there
and do you flip the chicken at all?
Looks yum
Nice Kory
way to much sugar
I came here from your old channel. That trick video really worked.
Is the macros for each strip? or for 2 strips? or for all the strips you
made?
Maaan this was so delicious!!! :’) really helped me with diet.
Thanks for the great healthy alternative for my fav food !
Never mind. I see it
Exactly what seasoning did you use.
Tried to make this. Failed miserably. The almonds turned into a sort of
almond butter in the blender and then after dipping two chicken strips in
the egg white, the almonds and crumb mixture clumped together. I only got 3
done and had to just top all the rest with bread crumbs straight out of the
packet. Any hints or tips?
