A paleo cacciatore recipe that is not only delicious but is also very easy to throw together. The recipe is very scalable making it great if you have to cook for a crowd or just want to have leftovers.
Full Recipe: http://paleocrashcourse.com/paleo-chicken-cacciatore
The ingredients that I use in this paleo cacciatore recipe are below:
• 4 Chicken Thighs
• 1 Large Bell Pepper
• 5 Mushrooms
• 1 Onion
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 Cup water or chicken stock
• 1 Tbsp. Capers
• 1 Tbsp. basil
• 1 Tbsp. Oregano
• Coconut Oil
• Seasonings
If you use water in this recipe rather than the chicken stock you might need to add a bit more seasonings into the dish.
If you’re finding the sauce in this paleo chicken cacciatore recipe then you can reduce it further by leaving the lid off the saucepan. It should quickly cook down to something a bit thicker.
You can also cook this in a slow cooker if you would like to, simply transfer the ingredients either raw or slightly cooked to a slow cooker. You should then cook this for about 3-6 hours.

Recipe here: http://www.joyofbaking.com/candy/PeanutButterFudge.html Stephanie Jaworski of Joyofbaking.com demonstrates how to make Peanut Butter Fudge. Peanut Butter Fudge is a simple enough recipe; just a mixing together of butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and confectioners’ (powdered or icing) sugar. I love how this type of fudge is so much faster and simpler to make than the old fashioned fudge which involves using a candy thermometer. You might want to include this candy in your Christmas baking as it makes a large batch and can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for about a week.

Sweet and Sour Chicken balls are a type of modern Chinese food served in Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom as a staple of Chinese take-out. The dish consists of small chunks of fried chicken breast meat covered in a crispy batter coating. They are often served with sweet and sour sauce. These are largely unheard of in China, depending on the recipe and referred name.

Three Pepper Medley Veggie Side Dish Recipe ~ Noreen’s Kitchen
Greetings! In an effort to give you more of what you want, I am going to make an effort to bring you more vegetable dishes. I make vegetables all the time, but don’t really think about it. We eat tons of veggies in our house. We usually eat them in salads or raw, or steamed, but usually in in their purest state. It is not that often that we make a special veggie side dish, but we sometimes do. With that in mind, I begin this vegetable journey!
Today we are going to enjoy a lovely three pepper medley along with our ham and asparagus Frittata. This is the perfect quick and easy veggie side to go with eggs, Frittata, Quiche or anything really. It goes well with grilled meat, steamed or broiled fish, chicken, pork chops or even steak.
If you have leftovers, throw them into your scrambled eggs in the morning or better yet, put them with some mixed greens and your favorite dressing. Perfectly delicious!
I hope you give this three pepper medley a try and I hope you love it!
Happy Eating!
