This was so amazing! I used two fresh tomatoes and added jalapeño and
habanero chilis and added a table spoon of sugar. I also used red wine
instead of Port Cuz that’s what I had. I can’t even tell you how much my
friends loved it. Thanks so much. Next time I’ll buy port and use that
instead of red wine.

thicken this dish?
Sorry but I have to say that most people in the UK or also the World cannot
afford the ingredients to do your recipes, I love you as a chef, but a lot
of people are on budgets I appreciate you want to make money but think
about your roots. The unemployed of this Country cannot afford such
ingredients.
NOTE: If you have a very tight fitting lid the stew will NOT reduce as
shown in the video. You may need to leave the lid slightly ajar.
5-6 hours oven cooking time will not be cheap on your fuel bill. Would be
better leave it on a low heat for a slow simmer.

wine in a crock pot.
