Huevos Rancheros With Black Bean Chilli
Food Ingredients:
2 Corn tortillas 3 tablespoons Tamara’s Black bean chilli 2 tablespoons Guacamole 2 tablespoons Salsa 4 Eggs, beaten and seasoned with salt & pepper Knob of butter
Recipe preparation:
1 Heat the butter in a frying pan and pour in the eggs, scramble the eggs using a fork, careful not to over cook them. 2 Lay the tortilla out on a plate and on one half serve half the eggs, on the other half serve the black bean chilli. Spoon over the guacamole and salsa.
