Sweet potato fries are much healthier than your traditional deep fried french fry. There is also a lot more nutrition in sweet potatoes too. They have more vitamin A, C, and potassium than typical russet potato. I really love the sweetness of these sweet potatoes too.

You can also just as easily bbq these if you like. You could put them directly on the grill over medium heat or on a baking pan just like when you cook them in the oven.

Here are the ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges about 1/2 inch thick
3 to 4 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 chipotle pepper seasoning or more if you like it spicy hot
2 Tbsp. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
1`/2 tsp. garlic powder

Bake at 450 degrees F. for 15 minutes on the first side. Flip fries over and roast an additional 8 to 10 minutes on the second side or until golden brown.
