When the holidays roll around, it’s easy to overindulge. I’m often tempted by the goodies that arrive on my doorstep from friends and neighbors. And then there are the homemade treats that I make for others. I just can’t resist sampling them myself!
But with enough creativity, there is a way to eat healthier during the holidays and still enjoy yourself: Give your favorite holiday recipes a healthy makeover. We asked our members to send us their favorite holiday recipes–all the ones that are filled with flavors of the season, but also full of fat, calories or sodium. Of the many wonderful recipes we received, we chose three to remake with a healthy twist.
