Brett, this looks amazing and so simple! Keep up the great work. Got a
question for you: what do you say to people who think that fitting your
macros (IIFYM) is all that matters? For example a lot of the other fitness
channel guys on youtube (not naming anyone) just eat meat, poptarts and
cereal all day and have 10s of thousands of people following them and
listening to their advice. I know the benefits and importance of healthy
eating myself but when I need to explain it to someone like that in person
and in a way that will grab their interest and attention instead of just
saying “becasue it’s healthier” I find it difficult. Thanks.

Hey Brett! If you give those lemons a really firm roll on the counter when
you buy them and then about an hour before you cut them you are going to
get TONS more juice out of them. It really softens them up and releases the
juice in them.
You can roll those lemons with pressure before you cut them so more lemon
juice will squeeze out
