Fuckin unwatchable…the camera work makes me wanna vomit.
hahaha…. 8 to 12 minutes; what a bunch of BS; it takes 8 to 12 just to prep. It takes 8 to 12 minutes to get a good size pot of water to boil. It takes about 8 to 10 minutes to properly heat an oven. Plus the clean up! I would recommend early prepping which goes a long way; prep today for tomorrow and the next day; the vegetables will hold. I'm sure they went back to their salads after a week.
