1/4 cup chia seeds | 1 cup almond milk | 1/4 cup chopped strawberries | 1 tsp cocoa powder | stevia

Sweet Potato Bites
1 sweet potato | lil coconut oil | cinnamon | stevia

PB&J Smoothie
1 1/2 cups almond milk | 2 tbs PB2 or 1 heaping tbs peanut butter | lil vanilla | 2 tbs peanuts | 1 tbs strawberry jam | 1 banana

Rich & Creamy Chocolate Pudding
1 avocado | 2 tbs maple syrup or honey | 2 tbs cocoa powder | 1 tsp vanilla | 1 tsp coconut oil | stevia
