Ham, Brie and Leek Muffins

Food Ingredients:
1 cup self-rising flour 50 grams butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg 2 tablespoons grated parmesan 1/2 leek, thinly sliced 50 grams diced ham 50 grams brie, chopped olive oil black pepper to taste cayenne pepper to taste

Recipe preparation:
1 Preheat the oven to 180c. Grease the muffin tin with oil. Fry the leek in a pan with olive oil until brown and softened. Mix together the flour, salt, sugar, parmesan and baking powder in a mixing bowl. In another bowl whisk butter with eggs and milk. Pour in the flour mixture and stir. Add leek, brie, ham and peppers. Fill in the prepared muffin tin and bake for about 25-30 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
