this drives me crazy when they put a nob of butter in the pan– why not
spread the butter on the bread before putting it in the pan to grill? It
uses less butter that way. He used 2 tablespoons of butter but if he had
spread the butter on the bread he wouldn’t have needed that much.

I recommand you to use oil with butter so the butter won’t burn. The burnt
butter is really unhealthy and if it’s eaten often it can create cancer.
Unless if it’s alright for you to use ony oil. Thumbs up so everybody can

an even better version would be redder tomatoes, good bocconcini, french
bread and extra virgin olive oil. damn. mouth watering !
