just wanted to let everyone know- powdered peanut butter is IN NO WAY
healthier for you than regular. as long as you get a peanut butter with the
only ingredient being dry roasted peanuts, one to two tablespoons is really
good for you. everything is not about calories! the chemical processing
done to reduce the fat/caloric density of peanuts is bad for your body, not
to mention the surplus of sugar added to make up for the lack of fat. not
criticizing, just sharing valuable info as i’m very passionate about
health! great video nonetheless <3
