Garlic Toasts With Kumato Tomatoes & Serrano Ham Served With Belgian Oude Geuze Beer
Food Ingredients:
4 Kumato tomatoes, cleaned, stalks & bottom cut out, cut up into little pieces 4 thin slices of bread, sourdough tastes great! 1 fat clove of garlic, peeled, cur into 2 4 teaspoons of the best olive oil 4 slices of Serrano ham Black pepper, grinded
Recipe preparation:
1 Toast the bread slices. 2 Rub the toasts in with the garlic. 3 Place the cut up tomatoes on top of the rubbed toast & drizzle some of your best olive oil on top. 4 Lay a piece of Serrano ham over the top. 5 Grind some black pepper over the ham & serve immediately with a glass of Oude Geuze. 6 Enjoy!!
