Fresh Coconut Cake
Food Ingredients:
1 box yellow cake mix 12 ounces fresh coconut, divided use 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Recipe preparation:
1 Cool Whip whipped dessert topping 2 Mix cake as directed. Add 6 ounces coconut and coconut flavoring. Bake as directed on box. Remove from oven. leave remaining coconut for icing. 3 Topping: Combine and mix ingredients. Puncture hot cake (all over) with toothpick and pour topping over cake. 4 Mix remaining coconut with whipped dessert topping and top cold cake.
