    just a tip! cook the onion down with the chicken….don’t add canned
    veggies until the very end since they are already pressure cooked and very
    soft…..once chicken and onion are cooked down, make the rue in same
    skillet. Once you get the consistency you want dump in canned veggies that
    are drained. You will get much better flavor, only use on skillet, wont
    over cook the veggies and an overall better end result. You can also use
    the drained canned veggie liquid instead of water for more flavor as long
    as you don’t add salt first to the chicken since the canned veggies are
    high salt already. Salt end product once done to taste…..didn’t watch the
    rest so cant comment on the ending…lol you have a good start but use
    these ideas to tweak your process and you will be happy you tried this

    surprised since you’re in the south that you didn’t make a roux.
