Hi!!! I almost couldn’t post this week! I’ve been so busy with painting my furniture and stuff… Hopefully my room tour will be up next week 😀

For now let’s make some quick and easy healthy snacks perfect for spring and summer.

Banana smoothie

Ingredients: 1 ripe banana, 100ml of oat milk, any type of milk will work and wheat & oat bran, optional.

Place the banana in a container, 100 ml of oat milk and one teaspoon of wheat bran and oat bran. Blend it all until it’s smooth and combined. As I said the bran is optional but it has a lot of fiber so it will keep you full longer and it has lots and lots of vitamins.

Fruit popsicles

Ingredients: 6-8 strawberries, freshly squeezed orange juice, I used 2 oranges and a little bit of stevia , I used 2 little packets

As we did with the other recipe mix all the ingredients well with a blender. If you don’t like this fruits be sure to use any fruit you want. Then pour it in popsicle molds and keep them in the freezer for at least 5 hours. This snack is amazing because it lasts you a long time but it has a really low amount of calories, so it’s perfect when you’re not really hungry but you just want something to eat.

Avocado wrap

Ingredients: 1 flour tortilla, 1 half avocado, a little bit of tuna and some lettuce and tomato.

Start off by spreading a ripe avocado onto the tortilla. I used less than half of the avocado for this. Then add your lettuce, tomato and tuna, the amount you add is really up to your choice. Then roll it all and cut it in half if you want. This snacks is perfect if you spend lots of hours between meals, and if you think it is too big for a snack you can just eat half of it and keep the rest for later. You can also eat it as your school lunch, just wrap it in some aluminum foil and put it in your bag.

Chocolate clusters

Ingredients: dark chocolate, pistachios and raisins. The amount you use is really up to your choice, you can add lots of nuts or leave more blank spaces on the chocolate

First peel the pistachios and cut those and the raisins in smaller pieces. Then carefully melt you dark chocolate without burn it and spread it onto some non stick paper or similar making little circles. Then, add the pistachios and raisins on top of the chocolate. You can totally use any type of nuts for this. Let them dry on the fridge until the chocolate is hard and you can store them in a jar. This snack is perfect if you have that sweet tooth craving or as a late night snack while you watch your favorite TV show, but you shouldn’t really eat more than 2-3 of them each time because they have a lot of calories.

Healthy tips:

To avoid those cravings we have while we watch TV at night, it’s a great idea to use that time to paint your nails. This will keep you entertained so you don’t think of food.

Another option is having some herbal tea. They have soothing properties so they will also help you sleep better. My favorites are chamomile tea and lavender tea.

Leave me any question you have in the comment!!! thanks for watching!
