1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 bananas
oil for frying

    with chili sauce or chili soy sauce

    In Malaysia most of we use crush cream cracker ,or something like food
    chalk starch
