Cranberry Bread

Food Ingredients:
2 cups flour 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, chopped 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup butter 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon grated orange peel 3/4 cup orange juice

Recipe preparation:
1 In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. 2 Add egg, orange peel and orange juice. Stir. Fold in raisins and cranberries. Put in loaf pans (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
