Vickie and Jo Ann are good enough to be the next Food Network stars! Just
sayin’.
This looks so yummy. I can’t wait to try this at home. I know my husband
and kids will love this. Something quick and fast.
Looks awesome… but canned mushrooms? Ugh, you almost lost me there.
I can’t wait to try this. Please confirm, will it be ok to grate the
potatoes myself instead of using frozen or refigerator hashbrowns – if so,
do I need to do anything differrent? In advance, Thx!
You should call this the “Make the Night Before Breakfast Caserole”
Thank you for your question. A dozen eggs is 12 eggs.
My sister has a very similar recipe as yours. What’s nice about it is that
she changes it up with so many things from year to year. She serves it
during the holidays usually, because that’s when everybody gets together.
We also call it “The Night Before Christmas Casserole.”
This was oh-so-good!!! And so easy!!! I prepped it last night and baked it
this morning. Got compliments from my hubby too! I plan to make it this way
from now on!
Hello, new subscriber here and I’m looking forward to learning and sharing
more from you two! Question, how do you think sweet potatoes would work
instead of russet/white potatoes?
Thank you Gossberry Patch! Love your recipes. I am baking this in the oven
as we speak. Can’t wait to try it. I am a food, recipe, review blogger and
I love Gooseberry Patch.
Hi Joann and Vicki…I made this dish last nite/this morning! It was
Delicious! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. Gooseberry Patch Rocks!

Thank you for your question. It would be perfectly fine to grate your own
potatoes for this recipe. No adjustments need to be made the recipe.
