Coconut Truffles With Chocolate and Almonds
Food Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Powder- 1/2 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup Grounded Almonds- 1/4 cup Golden raisins- 3 tablespoons Milk Powder 2 smalls Milk Chocolate- bars 2 teaspoons Chocolate Milk: (optional)
Recipe preparation:
1 Put the milk chocolate bars in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds, stir the liquid with a spatula and micro for another 30 seconds till the chocolates have smoothly melted. Else melt the semi sweet bakers chocolate in a double boiler on a very low heat, stirring continously. 2 Mix two tsp of chocolate milk to this liquid. In a bowl mix coconut powder, condensed milk, grounded or crushed almonds, raisins and molten chocolate. Mix all the ingredients well. 3 Shape into small round balls, roll it with coconut powder again and decorate with almonds and chocolate chips and place each ball into paper cup cake holder. 4 Enjoy these snow balls while the snow is around the corner… !!!!
