Chicken Legs
here is the way that I can chicken legs. It is easy and they taste great and when done can be cooked for a meal by someone who does not really have many skills in the kitchen. Put them on a pan and place in a 400 F preheated oven until brown and crispy turning once.
Unfortunately for watchers my brain and my schedule do not do things one at a time. I jump from thing to thing so also in the video I am canning pears.
They are also easy and fairly quick to do and I figure if I have to sterilize jars for the pears I might as well do enough jars for the chicken at the same time and then use the water from that to water process the pears.
While the chicken was in the pressure canner I sat and cut the pears and got them ready for the water bath canner. This time I cut them into cubes and more fit into each jar as opposed to slicing them in half and then quarters. At the end the jars had no floating of the pears and they taste the same as the pretty slices.

thanks for the video, let me guess, you might be up north, have a friend in Toronto, I have been canning for many years, and like the way you are relaxed, and are enjoying it, never have done fowl with bone in , but I will try now, again thanks, from california

You did good, but I think you sound better with your camera man.
Still very good, you've really improved.
nice when you can find your errors by watching someone else demonstrate. Please keep watching and commenting.
