Gonna try this one without the breadcrumbs. My family will love this I'm sure. I can't believe you like turnips. I go onto Pinterest and get recipes. I know I've made a breakfast type casserole in a cake pan with eggs, potatoes (diced), sausage, peppers, onions and cheese. Season the way you want and throw it in a sprayed cake pan. You can also add tomatoes if your a fan.
Hey girl been watching you for a while now this looks awesome :-)
Frittata is like a crust-less quiche I think.
Hey Stacey. I don't know if you like salmon, but here's a recipe for a crustless salmon quiche that I've made a couple times before that came out pretty well: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=19869
I left out the onion and red pepper sauce and added in some spices (salt, pepper, thyme) when I made it and it worked out fine. Chopped asparagus or broccoli might be good add-ins, too.

╚╩╩╩╝Happy Valentine's Day!
It looked good until you put the bread crumbs over it. I would prefer it without the bread crumbs, but I don't know it baking it without the bread crumbs would affect it in a bad way.

It looks so good. Im so happy your doing cooking episodes again.
That pasta looks yummy! Man, wish I would have tried that before my weight loss surgery lol. I've been doing meal prep for my breakfast the past two weeks and I make omelets in muffin tins! Spray some pam then you can put in the veggies you like…add your eggs little sprinkle of cheese..bake them in the oven and they keep perfectly! I have to prep my breakfast other wise I could so skip it..Just never been a breakfast eater.
Thanks for sharing your meals.
Casserole looks really good, and I see the potential for a crap ton of variations. It's one of those dishes that invites experimenting.
I have a recipe for a no-crust quiche that I've done many times. It's easy and consistently yummy, and another of those recipes that you can modify according to your mood and what happens to be in the fridge. I'll dig it out. If I don't cough it up in a day or two, it'll mean my braindead self has forgotten. Send me a threatening email. LOL
