Great recipe and looks delicious! Now, I have one big request……I would love to see you cook with cast iron. I am a huge cast iron collector and use it daily. In my honest opinion, nothing cooks better than cast iron. That gravy you just made would be awesome in a cast iron skillet!

That really is a quick meal! I dont know if Im brave enough to try and can chicken yet, but i love your idea of having pre cooked chicken and then just adding a gravy or sauce. I am going to cook up some chicken legs and put them in the freezer for busy nights when I dont have a lot of time to cook. Thanks!
The chicken looks really good! I've never seen a kale salad but that sounds good too. What kind of dressing did you use? I will have to make it for my sis when she comes because she is a kale junkie :)))
