#StevesKitchen
holy mother of heart attacks lol -_-
Dear Lord that looks spectacular. I wish I had one right now.
And I just love the flipping technique you used.
You wouldn’t believe some of the messes I’ve made trying to flip my
quesadillas.
Stuff flying everywhere….I’m surprised I never thought of that
considering I use that flipping technique often in other dishes. Don’t I
feel stupid now. :)
With the same ingredients you could make a breakfast burrito. That’s a lot
of stuffing for a typical North American quesadilla. As well the
ingredients are usually diced up. This helps the two tortillas adhere to
each other as the cheese melts. It’s MUCH easier to cook them on a griddle
rather than in a pan with sides. and very light grease, if any at all. The
important part is to really push down on the edges of the quesadilla so as
the cheese melts it glues one side to the other. And if you’ve cooked it in
a griddle you can easily flip it with your hands. Diced green chilies,
onion, and bits of chicken are a tasty addition, too.
Ay Dios mio !!!!! delicioso don’t make me go there and eat it all
!!!yummy!!!
Im not even close to Mexico, but as I know, Quesadilla must be cooked
without any oil or fats and it must be thin layer so you can hold it with
one hand without dropping everything on your pants. For me queasdillas
associates with hot ingredients. But still, I cook quesadillas on butter
and add many ingredients to it aswell 😀 Need to try this breakfast. Thanks
Steve :)
Omg!! It looks so yummy!! Will try this soon!! Thank you Steve!!
Somebody was reading my mind when they made this! Thanks Steve they look
