Hi i’m from the UK we have a dessert something like this called bread and
butter pudding, lots of recipies on the web….. M
@hollyewc I think that is a great idea- I think I will try it sometime as a
sweet and not savory- I think I’ll half it and then instead of meat and
cheese I’ll put in some vanilla and cinnamon..hmm maybe some nuts(well
prob. not the kids don’t like that) you could add pretty much anything
you’d put in a regular french toast dish for variety..fruit or
chocolate..umm. after baking you could put on syrup or powdered sugar…
whoever tries it first tells the other if it was good or not um-k? 🙂
I need to know too. where did you get that spice thing and how much!!!
@TheGreenAppleHome thanks to the guilt i feel for having her on the 25th
the little brat…i mean sweet child gets spoiled all year long corrie aka
uglybobswife
Yummy!!!!!XD
how exhausted were you when you recorded this?
@TheGreenAppleHome Ok so I tried it already…. HA!!! Delicious!!! I used 6
eggs, vanilla, cinn, sugar and still soaked it overnight…. baked it for
the same amount!!!! So good with syrup!!!!
WOW!!!! Nice {{recipe card}} Have always wanted to try one of these. My 16
yr old son does not like veggies or mushrooms in his stuff, so this is
PERFECT 🙂 YAY!!!! Thank you.
@uglybobswife You crack me up every time I see one of your comments! Just
wanted to say that. 😀
That look yummy.
no, you can bake it right away- just make sure all the bread gets wet with
the egg 🙂
I have to try this–looks super easy and yummy! BTW, I love The
Ramones–awesome shirt!
@tan1224 that is so funny! (a human italian mouse) Dee Dee is almost 2- he
is funny…he does pretty good with eating variety but if he doesn’t like
it he’ll say “issyuky” My 3 yr. old is my pasta girl! 🙂
I love the big boy on your stove!! We use to have a big boy restaurant near
my home!!!
I’m getting stuff for this next time I go to the store! Where did you get
that spice thingy??? So cool!
is it supposed to be crunchy or soft in the middle like french toast?? i
just made some and the top looks done, but the center of the bread pieces
are soft 😮
@uglybobswife No–totally a compliment, I swear! I just love that you call
your husband the Uglyone and your username is Uglybobswife–it makes me
smile. Reminds me of the teasing relationship I have with my husband. I can
tell you two must be a fun couple. Sorry if my earlier comment came out
sounding rude! lol
@faeriefire78 yay..you won 1,000 cool points for great taste in music 🙂
lol! it IS easy and yummy!
we keep kosher so i cant mix meat and cheese do u think i could make this
without the meat?
