My today’s recipe is very simple and quick.A nice way to use left over bread to make a quick fix snack.You need just a few ingredients to make this and a filling breakfast or tiffin for your kids is ready to pack.I have added some buttermilk to soften it,but you can also sprinkle some water or avoid both if you want to make it crisp.

Ingredients:
1) Bread
2) 1 Capsicum
3) 1 Onion
4) 1 Tomato
5) 1 green chillie
6) Salt according to taste
7) Red chillie according to taste.
8) Any other vegetable you want to add.
9) Refined Oil
10) 1 tbsp. mustard seeds
11) Tomato sauce

Procedure:
Pour some refined oil in a pan. Then add mustard seeds then add all veges. Do not cook too much. Now add tomato sauce and mix it well. Add salt and red chillie according to taste and then mix it. Add cubes of bread and stir the mixture. Once the bread catches the colour of mixture, bread poha will be ready.
