Bread Kofta Gravy
Food Ingredients:
For Kofta : Bread slices – 8 Mashed Potatoes — 3 teaspoon Chilly powder — 1 Salt — to taste Coriander leaves — a little cup Oil — 2 For gravy : cup Finely chopped onions — 2 cup Finely chopped tomatoes — 2 teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste — 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder — ¼ teaspoon Chilly powder — 2 teaspoon Turmeric powder — ¼ Salt – to taste Coriander leaves — a little teaspoon Sugar — ¼ teaspoon Oil — 5
Recipe preparation:
1 Dip all the bread slices in water and mash them well. 2 Mix them with mashed potatoes , chilly powder,salt and coriander leaves . 3 Make them into small balls . 4 Heat oil and fry all the koftas. 5 Place bowl on fire and pour oil in it. 6 Add onions and tomatoes one by one and fry. 7 Then add ginger and garlic paste and stir – fry for some time. 8 Now add water ,garam masala powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and close the bowl with a lid for sometime. 9 Finally add sugar and salt and stir the gravy. 10 Stop the fire and transfer the gravy to a bowl and then add all the koftas . 11 Garnish with coriander leaves serve hot with Chappathies.
