SALATET KHARSHOOF (ARTICHOKE SALAD)

4 – 5 artichoke hearts
2 – 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Salad Dressing
Boil artichoke hearts in salted water until tender, drain, and
chop. Add to hard-boiled eggs. Add salad dressing and mix thoroughly.
Serves 4 – 6.
