Angel Buns
Food Ingredients:
1 pkt yeast 1 tablespoon Sugar cup Warm water (105-115) 2 cups Bisquick baking mix cup Milk
Recipe preparation:
1 Dissolve yeast & sugar in warm water in medium bowl. Mix in baking mix & milk until dough forms. Gently smooth into a ball on surface dusted with baking mix. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2″ thick. Cut with 2″ biscuit cutter dipped in baking mix. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. 2 Let rise in warm place about 30 minutes or until soft & puffed. Heat oven to 425. Bake 6-8 minutes or until golden brown. For high altitude: Let rise for 20 minutes. Heat oven to 450. Bake 5 minutes.
