Almond-Nut Macaroons
Food Ingredients:
4 egg whites 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 cup ground hazelnuts 2 cups ground almonds 3 teaspoons cinnamon
Recipe preparation:
1 Beat egg whites until stiff -> slowly add sugar through sifter. 2 In a seperate bowl, combine almonds, nuts and cinnamon and add to wet ingredients spoon by spoon. 3 Spread batter with a teaspoon or use a ziploc bag (shown in the video below). 4 Bake at 340ยฐ for 8-10 minutes. 5 Cool off for 20-30 minutes. 6 If you like, sprinkle or dip in chocolate.
