Happy #teatimetuesday!! Instead of drinking tea today I wanted to share 3 of my favorite summer smoothie recipes with you! 🙂 Let me know if you try them!
*** SMOOTHIE RECIPES *** (Gluten Free and Vegan)
PEACH BERRY SMOOTHIE
1 large peach
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
Ice
1 cup water or coconut water
CHOCOLATE BANANA CRUNCH SMOOTHIE
3 pitted medjool dates
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (my favorite brand: http://bit.ly/cacprotein)
1 – 2 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)
1 cup almond milk (or any type of milk you prefer)
Ice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
WATERMELON MINT SMOOTHIE
2 cups watermelon
1/3 cup yogurt of your choice (I used dairy free coconut “yogurt”)
1 tablespoon mint leaves
Ice

I know I’ve said this before, but you are one of the few youtubers that
post actually healthy smoothie recipes that I can eat! I basically live on
smoothies in the Summer, so I’m glad to add a few more ideas to my
repertoire! I forget if you showed hemp seeds in one of your other videos,
but I add 3 Tbsp hemp seeds to most of my smoothies because of the omegas
and 10 grams of protein! Plus it makes them extra creamy
Even though it’s winter, I just made the chocolate one to satisfy my sweet
tooth and…it’s delicious. I still have tiny bits of dates in it though.
Does that happen with yours?
The watermelon smoothie recipe couldn’t have come at a more perfect time.
Have a 1/2 of watermelon in my frig now and really not wanting to just eat
it, now I know what to do with it. Mixer…here I come. 🙂

recently so I thought instead of sharing my favorite tea this week, I would
share 3 of my favorite summer smoothie recipes! 🙂 I hope you enjoy and I
would love to know your thoughts if you try any of these recipes!
I absolutely love your videos because they are so inspiring and really
helpful. Being 15, I find it hard to east healthy and watch my food intake
and youtubers like you are really inspiring! I can’t wait to try all these
smoothies!!! Also, you should do a video on everyday health and routine
which I think would be beneficial to your viewers!!!

This is great. I’m always on the hunt for new recipes for smoothies. I’m
definitely going to try out no 1 and 3. I don’t like protein powder, so I
won’t do no2.
